What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, shipping address and the parts you buy.
• Accounts: your name, email address and a protected copy of your password. We never store your password itself.
• Payments: handled by Square. Your card number goes to Square, not to us.
• Data service subscribers: your company name, your plan and how much you use your API keys.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form.
• Technical details: your IP address and the cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart. We use these to run the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

• To take, ship and support your orders.
• To run your account and your data service plan.
• To answer your questions.
• To send emails about your orders.
• To email you when new parts are listed for a bike you've bought parts for.
• To keep the site secure.

New-parts emails

When you buy from us or create an account, you'll get emails when new parts are listed for bikes you've bought parts for. You can stop them at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or from your account. You'll still get emails about your own orders.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Square, to take payments and manage subscriptions.
• Our shipping software and carriers, to get your parts to you.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
• Our email provider, to deliver our emails.

We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for business and tax records. We keep your account until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can stop new-parts emails at any time. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us.
